Our everyday names are Dean Tener and Bill McDonough, but our company name is BLUERED Ventures. Blue as in Democrat and Red as in Republican. We have vastly different opinions on politics, social issues and world events, yet here we are.....building a company TOGETHER and solving problems for EVERYONE.​

We are building a company that brings new and innovative ideas to EVERYONE. The world is becoming smaller, but the divide is growing. Again, we want to prove that people with different views can come together as humans and solve problems. Our differences should not separate us. They should unite us to create better solutions for everyone.

Dean Tener

Dean is a results-driven professional with over 16 years of experience in financial services marketing and communications with a history of “pioneering” positions that led to increased sales, process improvements and lower costs. Demonstrated success in managing initiatives for complex marketing campaigns, communication plans, product launches, system conversions, upgrades, site redesigns and internal process improvements.

His true passion is creating. Whether it's organizing an offsite for change management or rebuilding a 1975 Airstream, he is always innovating and looking for the best, simplest solution for all. Dean has always taken the complex (processes, systems and content) and transformed them into a simple form that is easy to understand and consume.

Dean has an incredible, supportive wife and two active children. He enjoys spending time with all of them going on weekend adventures, participating in sports, involvement at church and working on projects.

Bill McDonough

Bill has over 30 years’ experience bringing together people, process and technology to solve problems, to design develop and deliver innovative solutions and to launch new products.  With deep technology, strategy and execution experience, an MBA in Finance and Marketing and an entrepreneurial background, Bill has been a proven leader in multiple industries.

 

The true driving force behind Bill has been his boundless curiosity and optimism, which drives his desire to create solutions to problems, wherever he might find them.  Bill has always been able to see opportunity where others see obstacles, which fuels his perseverance.  That perseverance has rewarded him with accolades ranging from a College Athletic Championship to a Product Patent. 

 

Bill has served on numerous community boards, coached a variety of youth programs, is an active member of his Church, and has even run for public office to help insure that an urgently needed education bond received proper support.  But, Bill wouldn’t be who is today without the love and support of his wife of 24 years and his three wonderful children who have encouraged him to pursue his passions and to be active in his community.
